NP/PA Pulmonary/Critical Care opening - Burlington, MA Located 16m to Boston Position Details - Full-time, permanent- Seeking a highly motivated and committed critical care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a busy critical care service. - Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine seeks a highly motivated and committed critical care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a busy critical care service. - The APP will be part of the multidisciplinary team caring for critically ill patients within the Burlington, Beverly Hospital and Winchester Hospital ICUs. - Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) daily rounds, management of critical illnesses, common bedside procedures, ventilator management, ICU admissions, critical care consults, and bed flow management. - The critical care APP will also be part of the Medical Emergency Team and respond to all emergencies called within hospital. - Independent critical thinking and patient care management is at the forefront of the APP role.- This role will include rotational day, night and weekend responsibilities across the three hospitals. - Robust and growing health care system, recognized as a trailblazer in medicine and a standard bearer in patient experience.
